U.S. will be ‘rogue’ state if it ditches climate accord: U.N. envoy

After U.S. President-elect Donald Trump promised to pull the United States out of that global climate accord, Mary Robinson, a former Irish president and human rights advocate, warned that the United States would become “a kind of rogue country” if it followed through on this promise.
